Shipping and Returns
17.Vintage ships to:
Belgium, the Netherlands and the rest of the EU except UK.
We ship with Bpost for Belgium
Belgium: 1-3 business days
We ship with POSTNL for The Netherlands
The Netherlands: 2-4 business days
We ship with DPD/DHL for EU
Rest of EU: 4-5 business days
We offer free shipping in belgium for orders above 70 euros
If you bought something from our Vintage collection:
please note: we don't accept any returns, all sales are final!
Of course there is an exception if you received a damaged item.
Send an e-mail with a picture of the damaged item and we'll work it out!
If you bought something from our 17.Originals Collection:
you can return your purchased items within 14 days counting from the day after you received your order.
Please note that you must notify us of this within 14 days so we can process your return.
Send an e-mail to email@example.com and tell us which item you want returned.
If you decide to return something, please make sure that it is in perfect condition. Specifically, this means:
-clean (no deodorant, perfume, or makeup stains)
Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition will not be refunded and may be returned to you.
Please note: we only refund in the form of store credit.
The return costs are paid by the customer. Buy a shipping label with a track and trace code from a courier service of your choice.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way. Without proof of shipment with track & trace code, lost returns will not be refunded.
Items on sale will not be refunded.
Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us which item you want exchanged.
If the item is returned in it's original condition we will refund you with store credit and you can make a new order!
